Item Substitution Policy
In the normal course of business, manufacturing issues and demand spikes can cause long term shortages of critical items. In these cases our staff will attempt to identify and procure a like item as a temporary substitution. These items will be presented to the customer who will determine the acceptability of the substitution based on any functional or price differences. If approved, open orders for the original item will be fulfilled with the substitution, until adequate supply of the original item is available or until the customer deems appropriate.

Delivery / Collection
Whiz Crew ltd assures accurate and timely order delivery and efficient returns processing to all of our customers. We will deliver your order using one of our trusted delivery partners within 1-2 days from receipt of order, for goods in stock. For our local customers, there is also the option to collect from our distribution centre in Ballycoolin, Dublin 11. Just call us first to process the order and give us some notice to get it picked. Of course, we also understand that sometimes there is an emergency and goods need to be collected ASAP, so we will do our best to facilitate.
